If your order is placed by 11 am PST, your order will be processed and shipped the same business day. If you placed your order after 11 am PST, it will ship the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.

We only ship within The United States and its territories. Please note that we do not ship products to APO/FPO, PO boxes, or internationally.

Do you accept returns?

Please allow for 2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 11am PST on Friday, will be processed the following week. Once your order has shipped, please allow anywhere from 1-5 business days to receive via FedEx Ground service.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Looks like your order is not fulfilled and has not shipped yet.

 Our warehouse team is working quickly to make sure you get your pieces as soon as possible! Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. During sales and high volume periods there may be additional delays, but we are dedicated to shipping your order in a timely manner. 

You will get emails with tracking information once your order is shipped and feel free to track it at a later time using our Order Management Portal.
